The University Consortium for Liberia is delighted to announce the winners of the 2017 UCL Higher Education Scholarships chosen by the UCL Scholarship Committee.

Joshua Kulah– completing law degree at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School (Juris Doctor)
Varbah Sorsor – completing chemistry degree at Clark Atlanta University (PhD, Chemistry)
